- 1-13 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cups Onion, Finley Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 3/4 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- Salt And Pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Mix all ingredients, being careful not to squeeze or over-mix the meat.

3Using a small ice cream scoop, form into 18-24 meatballs, place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

4Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.

5If using in a sauce for pasta or as an appetizer, simmer baked meatballs in sauce for about 20 minutes.
