  • 1-13 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cups Onion, Finley Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 3/4 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Salt And Pepper

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Mix all ingredients, being careful not to squeeze or over-mix the meat.

    Using a small ice cream scoop, form into 18-24 meatballs, place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

    Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.

    If using in a sauce for pasta or as an appetizer, simmer baked meatballs in sauce for about 20 minutes.
