  • 1 handful fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 small zucchini, chunked
  • 10 to 15 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • few pieces of avocado (optional)

Directions
