  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa

    Mix first 4 ingredients, stirring constantly; boil until soft to medium-ball stage. Add vanilla and beat with a wooden spoon until stiff. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and let set.
