- 2 blocks Tofu
- 50 grams Minced pork
- 1 cm piece Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 The white part of a Japanese leek
- 1 add (to taste) Dried red chili flakes
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Miso
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 50 ml Water
- 1 Katakuriko
Directions

1Preparation: 1) Chop the ginger, garlic and white part of the leek finely.

22) Slice the tofu into bite-sized portions.

33) Mix together the soy sauce, miso and sugar.

4Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

5Fry the prepared ginger, garlic, leek and chili flakes.

6When they start to release their aroma, add the minced pork.

7Break up the minced pork and fry until crumbly.

8When the pork turns golden, add the mixed seasonings and let the pork absorb the flavors.

9Stir in the tofu and add water.

10Bring it to the boil and add the katakuriko to thicken.

11At the end, sprinkle on a little sesame oil to enhance the flavor of the dish.
