- 1 packages frozen mirepoix style mix
- 4 oz low soduim mushrooms
- 15 oz cannellini beans ( drained)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 24 oz Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
- 2 large zucchini
Directions

1In large skillet, cook mirepoix mix until soft.

2Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and garlic, if desired

3Add mushrooms and beans, cook until heated through.

4Season with oregano and basil.

5Add spaghetti sauce and cook for 10 minutes

6While sauce is cooking, use vegetable peeler or mandoline to create spirals from the zucchini (zucchini pasta).

7Microwave to desired doneness (I heat for 30 seconds).

8Serve sauce over zucchini pasta.
