  • 6 Ripe mangos, peeled and pitted
  • 2 Whole habanero peppers, stems removed
  • 2 Onions, halved
  • 2 Cloves garlic, peeled
  • Drizzle of Olive oil
  • 1 Bunch cilantro, stems removed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cider vinegar

Roast in a 475 degree oven until vegetables are charred, about 25 minutes.","2":"Place roasted vegetables in a large sauce pan with peeled and pitted mango.
