- 5 to 6 whole squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- grated cheese (lite or regular)
- smoked sausage or cooked bacon, cut up
- 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash and slice squash.

2Drop into hard boiling water.

3Bring back to boiling.

4Drain and run tap water over squash.

5Place in ice water until chilled.

6Drain again and put in freezer bags.
