  • 2/3 cup instant coffee granules
  • 3/4 cup powdered nondairy creamer
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Creating the Jar:

    Wash and thoroughly dry a 1-pint wide-mouth canning jar.

    In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed.

    Premixing is required for this recipe.

    Transfer the mixture to the canning jar.

    Secure the lid, and decorate as desired (see Notes).

    Attach the following instructions for making the coffee:

    Pint-Jar Yield: About 16 servings

    Place 4 heaping teaspoons of the Jar mix In a cup or mug.

    Add 8 ounces boiling water, stir well, and enjoy.
