  • 500g minced pork Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 3 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chilli

Directions

    Mix pork, Philly*, fish sauce, sugar, coriander, spring onions, garlic and pepper in a large bowl.

    Roll into one tablespoon sized balls.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan.

    Fry balls in batches over medium heat until golden brown.

    Serve with dipping sauce.
