  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 c. oil (I like to use olive oil)
  • 1 T poultry seasoning
  • 1 T Old bay seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3-4 lbs bone in chicken pieces

Directions

    Mix 1st 5 ingredients for marinade. Wash chicken and put in a heavy duty storage bag. Add marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for 48 hours. Grill over medium hot coals, brushing occasionally with marinade, for about 1 hour. Enjoy!
