  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oleo or butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider or white vinegar
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar and vanilla.

    Mix well and pour into pie shell.

    Bake until firm, about 45 to 50 minutes.

    Cool on rack. Serve garnished with chopped nuts, whipped cream or Cool Whip if desired.
