- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oleo or butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider or white vinegar
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar and vanilla.

3Mix well and pour into pie shell.

4Bake until firm, about 45 to 50 minutes.

5Cool on rack. Serve garnished with chopped nuts, whipped cream or Cool Whip if desired.
