  • 3 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Beat eggs and sugar. Melt margarine and mix. Add vinegar and vanilla, then pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown.
