  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • pats of butter for top
  • nutmeg for top

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell. Top with pats of butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake at 325° for 25 minutes until set.
