  • 1 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Work together flour, salt and shortening.

    Whip together egg, water and vinegar, then add to flour mixture.

    Divide into 3 balls.

    Roll each out on a floured board.
