- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. pecans
- 1 frozen single pie shell
Directions

1Melt 1 stick oleo; beat in 1 cup sugar.

2Add 2 eggs and beat again.

3Add 3 teaspoons vinegar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

4Beat again.

5Fold in 2/3 cup pecans.

6Bake in frozen pie shell 30 minutes at 350°.
