  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. pecans
  • 1 frozen single pie shell

    Melt 1 stick oleo; beat in 1 cup sugar.

    Add 2 eggs and beat again.

    Add 3 teaspoons vinegar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Beat again.

    Fold in 2/3 cup pecans.

    Bake in frozen pie shell 30 minutes at 350°.
