  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 T oil
  • 2T butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 C dry white wine
  • 1 C seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 C chicken broth
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
