- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/3 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted and cooled
- 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add eggs, salt, sugar, butter and 2 cups flour.

2Beat until smooth. Add enough flour to

3make a soft dough. Turn onto a floured board.

4Knead until smooth and elastic, 6 to 8 minutes.

5Put in a greased bowl. Turn once so top is greased.

6Let rise until doubled.

7On a lightly floured board, roll out dough to fit a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place dough in pan.

8Using a sharp knife, cut dough into 12 squares.

9Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
