Surprise Cakes

Directions

   Set oven to 350°.

   Mix cake according to package.

   Fill cupcake holders (foil) 2/3 full.

   Cream the cream cheese and combine with sugar.

   Beat egg and salt until smooth.

   Stir in chocolate chips.

   Drop 1 teaspoon cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt, chocolate chips in middle of each cupcake.

   Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar.

   Keep in refrigerator in covered container if not serving that day.
