- 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add onion and celery; saute for 5 minutes.

3Do not brown.

4Add flour until mixture is well blended. Add hot chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes.
