- 6 oz. Lindt or Tobler bittersweet chocolate
- 6 oz. milk chocolate
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. sweet butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Melt chocolate on double boiler.

2Add sugar and butter. Remove from heat and add egg yolks.

3Beat egg whites until stiff peaks.

4Add flour to egg whites and beat until stiff.

5Combine 1/3 egg white mixture with chocolate mixture. Mix well.

6Fold in remaining egg white.

7Pour into 8-inch spring-form, well buttered pan.

8Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

9Serve with unsweetened cream.
