Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/3 lb. chopped up Prosciutto
  • 1/2 c. vodka
  • fresh basil to taste
  • salt, pepper and grated cheese to taste
  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked rigatoni noodles

Directions

    Cook all ingredients, except the cream and noodles, in a covered pan for 30 minutes.

    Add cream and bring just to a boil and toss with the noodles.
