- 1/3 lb. chopped up Prosciutto
- 1/2 c. vodka
- fresh basil to taste
- salt, pepper and grated cheese to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked rigatoni noodles
Directions

1Cook all ingredients, except the cream and noodles, in a covered pan for 30 minutes.

2Add cream and bring just to a boil and toss with the noodles.
