  • 1lb confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Lg egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp.vanilla extract
  • 11/2 c semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips

    preheat oven to 350F. line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper, coat with cooking spray.

    In Large bowl, whisk confectioners sugar, cocoa and salt. Add egg whites and vinilla and beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Set aside 5 min.

    Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart ont oprepared cookie sheet. bake 13 to 15 min. or until set and crackly. let cool on cookie sheets 3 min. then transfer to wire racks to cool completely
