Ingredients

  • 4 lb Ground beef or other meat of choice
  • 2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 8 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 large Bay leaves
  • 4 can Red kidney beans
  • 6 can Tomato paste
  • 2 lb Sausage
  • 4 can Diced tomatoes with juice
  • 4 can Tomato sauce
  • 2 box Fresh sliced mushrooms (200g boxes)
  • 1 Bottle chili sauce
  • 4 each Chilis, haberneros, jalapenos; chopped

Directions

    Brown ground beef in pan; drain

    Slice sausage into thickness of you're choice, brown in pan then move to oven at 200c for 10 to 15 minutes

    Place all ingredients in chili pot or slow cooker.

    Choose heat setting according to when you wish meal to be ready, on high heat approximately 4 hours
