  • 1 refrigerated 9-inch pie crust
  • 6 oz. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. crumbled turkey sausage, cooked
  • 1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Bake crust according to package directions for prebaked shell.

    Reduce oven temperature to 375°.

    Place half the cheese in baked shell.
