  • 1/3 c. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cold water

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix dry ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Pour oil, vinegar and vanilla in separate holes.

    Mix well with fork.

    Do not beat. Bake for 30 minutes.
