Ingredients: 1-1/2 cup Flour; 1 cup Sugar; 3 Tablespoons Cocoa; 1 teaspoon Baking Soda; 1/2 teaspoons Salt; 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar; 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil; 1 cup Water; 1 teaspoon Vanilla; Confectioners Sugar

1 cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Confectioners Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.

Sift the first 5 ingredients. In a large bowl, mix the next 4 ingredients. Sometimes I like to add a few tablespoons of Kahlua to the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.

Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely and sift the confectioner's sugar on top of the cake.
