- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 1 3/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded then cooled
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add milk, sugar and salt.

3Beat in remaining ingredients with rotary beater. Cover; let rise in warm place (85°), about 1 1/2 hours.

4Stir down; cover and refrigerate overnight or until ready to use.

5Bake in waffle iron.
