- 12 lb sliced smoked turkey (deli-sliced) or 12 lb sliced honey roasted turkey breast (deli-sliced)
- 12 lb sliced swiss cheese (deli-sliced)
- 34 cup prepared cranberry sauce (whole-berry)

1Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add in the butter; let melt.

2Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the honey mustard on 4 of the waffles, then top with equal amounts of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese.
