  • 1 14 cups orange juice, preferably calcium-fortified
  • 1 banana
  • 1 14 cups berries, frozen, such as raspberries, blackberries, strawberries
  • 12 cup lowfat silken tofu or 12 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon Splenda granular

Directions

    Combine orange juice, banana, berries, tofu (or yogurt) and sugar (or Splenda), in a blender.
