- 2 pounds Stew Meat Or Roast, Cubed
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 cup Celery, Chopped
- 4 whole Carrots, Sliced Into Small Circles
- 4 whole Potatoes, Cut Into Cubes
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cans Water
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Minute Brand Tapioca
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 dashes Pepper
Directions

1Chop all veggies until diced to stew-sized bites. You can add more or less of any veggies, depending on what you like.

2Throw all veggies and stew meat into a crock pot. Cover with tomato soup and 1/2 can water (use the tomato soup can to measure). Sprinkle with the sugar, tapioca, salt and pepper (which can also be adjusted to taste).

3Cook on high for several hours, until stew meat is cooked through. Enjoy!
