  • 1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 6 snack-size bags corn chips
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Guacamole
  • Jarred salsa

Directions

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and garlic; saute until bell peppers are tender. Set aside.

    Add ground beef and taco seasoning; cook until browned, stirring to crumble. Add cooked bell pepper and garlic; stir until combined.
