Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 3 mashed avocados with lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 4 oz. grated Jack and Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
  • 2 small cans ripe olives

Directions

    In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, layer the bean dip, avocados, taco mix with the mayonnaise and sour cream stirred into it, cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives.

    Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
