  • 1 lb. fresh trout fillet
  • fresh lemon quarter
  • 1 c. grapes
  • 1 c. fresh pecans
  • 1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 c. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Make a crimp tent of foil for fish; cook 15 minutes at 400°. Saute mushrooms, grapes, pecans, wine, butter and olive oil. Start fish and saute same time.

    Squeeze lemon on fish just before serving.

    Cover fish with sauteed combination.
