- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Sift together all dry ingredients.

2Stir in oil, walnuts and milk.

3Let stand 20 minutes.

4Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
