  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Sift together all dry ingredients.

    Stir in oil, walnuts and milk.

    Let stand 20 minutes.

    Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
