- 3 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 7 oz. stuffing mix (chicken Stove Top)
- 2/3 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Cook broccoli until tender.

2Drain and place in shallow greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Melt 1/2 cup of butter or margarine.

4Blend in flour and instant chicken bouillon.

5Simmer 3 to 4 minutes.

6Blend in milk.
-
7Cook until thick.

8Pour over broccoli.

9Heat water plus 6 tablespoons butter or margarine together and pour over stuffing.

10Stir in nuts.

11Top broccoli with this mixture and bake in preheated 400° oven for 20 minutes or until heated through and stuffing begins to brown.

12Serves 8 to 10.
