Walnut-Broccoli Bake

  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix (1 1/2 c.)
  • 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
  • paprika

Directions

    Grease 2-quart oblong baking dish. Cut broccoli in 1-inch pieces and spread in dish.

    Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour and bouillon. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add milk. Bring to boil until thickened and pour over broccoli.
