  • 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 3 1/2 oz. coconut
  • 1 c. black walnuts, crushed
  • 1 c. pecans, crushed
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Mix vanilla wafers, coconut, walnuts and pecans; set aside. Cream together the margarine, sugar, buttermilk and eggs.

    Mix everything together and pour into tube pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.

    Do not open oven for the first hour.
