  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 cup black walnut, coarsely ground
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 1 1/4 cups cooked brown rice (1/2 cup uncooked)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Saute onions in olive oil until translucent.

    Mix with remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and put in an oiled loaf pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
