- 2 cups yellow onions, chopped
- 1 cup black walnut, coarsely ground
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 1/4 cups cooked brown rice (1/2 cup uncooked)

- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Saute onions in olive oil until translucent.

3Mix with remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and put in an oiled loaf pan.
