Walnut Cheese Ball

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish, well drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar Cheddar cheese spread

Directions

    In small mixing bowl, soften cream cheese and blend in sherry. Add butter, cheese spread and horseradish; mix well.

    Cover; chill thoroughly about 4 hours.

    Shape into a ball and roll in walnuts.

    Refrigerate until serving.
