- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a large skillet, blend broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce and sherry.

2Add celery.

3Cook and stir until mixture thickens.

4Reduce heat and simmer covered until celery is tender-crisp about 8 to 10 minutes.

5Add chicken and walnuts. Heat thoroughly.

6Serve over rice or noodles.
