  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    In a large skillet, blend broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce and sherry.

    Add celery.

    Cook and stir until mixture thickens.

    Reduce heat and simmer covered until celery is tender-crisp about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Add chicken and walnuts. Heat thoroughly.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
