  • 5 Tbsp. oil, divided
  • 5 tsp. soy sauce, divided
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch, divided
  • 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (optional)
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • hot cooked rice

Directions

    Mix 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch in small bowl.
