Walnut Date Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnut milk
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 a pinch of cinnamon to taste
  • 1 vanilla extract to taste (I use at least 1/4 teaspoon)
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

    In a blender container combine all ingredients except ice.

    Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

    Add 1 cup ice.

    Blend until ice is crushed.
