  • 1/2 lb. tofu, cubed (1 c.)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed in a mortar and pestle
  • 1/4 tsp. dried tarrgon, crushed in a mortar and pestle
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. walnut oil
  • 1/8 c. tightly packed fresh dill

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender container and blend until satin smooth.

    Refrigerate in a tightly covered container. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
