- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed in a mortar and pestle
- 1/4 tsp. dried tarrgon, crushed in a mortar and pestle
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. walnut oil
- 1/8 c. tightly packed fresh dill
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients in a blender container and blend until satin smooth.

2Refrigerate in a tightly covered container. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
