  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Brush bottom and side of crust lightly with egg white; discard remaining egg white.

    Bake 5 min.

    Reduce oven temperature to 350F.

    Beat margarine and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.

    Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.

    Stir in nuts.

    Spread onto bottom of crust.

    Bake 30 to 35 min.

    or until filling is lightly browned and set in center.

    Meanwhile, cook half-and-half and chocolate in saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
