  • 34 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 14 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 12 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • 34 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 12 lbs chicken pieces, skin removed

Directions

    In a shallow dish, combine walnuts, bread crumbs, basil, rosemary, flour and salt.

    In second shallow dish, lightly beat egg.

    Roll chicken in egg, then in walnut mixture.

    Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 until crust is browned.
