- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. large walnut pieces
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix brown sugar and flour in a saucepan.

3Add corn syrup, butter and salt.

4Warm these ingredients over low heat until the butter melts.

5In large bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla.

6Stir in and add sugar mixture to the eggs.

7Pour all ingredients into unbaked pie shell.

8Bake 40 to 45 minutes on the low oven rack.
