  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. walnut flavoring
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    Mix together sugar and oil.

    Beat in eggs 2 at a time.

    Add flour, milk and flavoring.

    Beat 3 minutes.

    Add nuts and stir. Bake at 325° until done, 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes.

    When toothpick comes out clean, cake is done.
