  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. cold margarine
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°. In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg

    and salt. Mix well. Turn into pie crust. Bake about 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven to 350°.
