- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Cream margarine and sugar.

3Add egg and juice; beat well.

4Add 1/3 cup flour mixture and beat until smooth.

5Mix in rest of flour and pineapple.

6Stir in raisins and walnuts.

7Pour into 9 x 5-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
