Walnut-Raisin Bread

Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aisde.

2In another bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and orange juice; beat well.

3Add 1/3 cup of flour mixture; beat until smooth. Mix in remaining flour mixture and the pineapple.

4Stir in raisins and walnuts.

5Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

6Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.

7Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.

8Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
